Maintenance requests

To make it easier to take care of any maintenance requests, we ask that any faults and requests regarding the building and rooms are sent to geocentrumservice [at] cgbkansli [dot] lu [dot] se
Below is a list of examples of what you could send :

-Ventilation
-Leaking faucet
-Locks, both Salto and mechanical locks
-Furniture, rearrangements
-Cleaning
- Moving

Please do not report these faults directly to Akademiska Hus and LU-Kortet but instead use our email address.

We hope with this change in routine will have a more effective process with follow-up and a better overview of the different needs and requests.

Please describe the fault or case in as much detail as possible . It’s also important to specify which room is affected.
